The personal investment for a coaching or therapy session is $250 for a 50-minute individual session.
I don’t accept insurance, but I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions (often 50-80%).
I can provide what is called a “Superbill,” which you can submit to your insurance company. You will need to contact your insurance provider to determine if they will reimburse you for services from an out-of-network provider. Please keep in mind that insurance companies require me to assign a diagnosis.
Yes. 24 hours minimum notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. If you don’t give at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged.
Several forms of payment are accepted, including Zelle, PayPal, and credit cards.

My sessions are conducted online. I do workshops and retreats in-person in Florida and Costa Rica. I also offer Beach Sessions during the months of July in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
Beach sessions are available only during the month of July and cost $300 for a 60-minute session.
